Being Falsly Accused Of Credit Card Fraud. What Steps Should I Take?

Well some lady Thats my mothers friend called her two days ago, and said that she’s pressing charges because someone used her credit card to make a purchase online for a computer. And she’s accusing me
She said someone had the computer sent to my neighborhood, I don’t even own a computer to surf the web let alone make a purchase. and I feel she has no right to just point fingers at people. Well my mom called me and told me all of this yesterday. I have absolutely nothing to do with this what so ever. So what is going to happen once she presses charges? Will police come and arrest me?will there be some kind of investigation? I barely even know this lady, what steps should I take? My mother also mentioned that the order was placed somewhere else in another city or town.
