My sister’s x boyfriend has been harassing her for a couple of months now. He knew her social security number because my sister left it in her wallet and he ended up memorizing it. Anyways, he’s made thousands of dollars worth of charges on her credit card, and he’s even left her voicemails on her cell phone with an automated voice saying her social security number. He’s practically rubbing in her face that he’s making charges on her credit card and not giving a fuck who finds out because he knows she’s not going to do anything about it. She finally got a block on her credit card, so when someone makes a charge on it they’ll call her and ask her permission before it gets approved. Although what she did was smart, I want this guy put in jail. We have more than enough proof, and he ordered $1000 worth of video games and had them delivered to his house, so I don’t know how much more proof we would need. Anyways, I will do everything in my power to put this guy away. He has not only made outrageous charges on her credit card, but she has been leaving her voicemails threatening to kill her with once agian, an automated voice, and he has egged her car and left threatening letters on it. He has been listening to her conversations somehow, and has repeated them in the voicemails he has left, he also recorded her having sex with her boyfriend somehow, and then sent her the recording. Anyways, we’ve went to the police multiple times and they don’t take us seriously at all. I need help, and I would like to do this right, legally.
